Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use
Items which have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once returned items have been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment. This may take up to 7 working days from when you are notified.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If 7 working days have passed and you have not yet received the refund, please check with your bank/card company in the first instance. There is often some processing/administration time required for refunds.

Exchanges
Please note that items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please send us an email at shop@sentinelprotects.com.
Shipping
If a product needs to be returned, you will be provided with a returns address in your correspondence with Sentinel.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
